Shipping Policy

Shipping will be processed and shipped out with in business days that is state on each item. If the item you purchase is ready made and in stock it will immediately ship, if item is custom made its process time is up to 21 -41 business days, to be made and additional 2-3 days to be dispatched. If you contact us to rush your order you will  pay rush fee of $100 to be paid within the hour and your order will be made by next day. 

Normal Shipping will be dispatched within 21 business days.

Shipping is based off of weight of complete package. If your shipping cost is more then the shipping paid you will be contacted to make further arrangements for pickup, or pay the balance for the remain shipping cost. 

We will reshipped your items at your expense. We are not responsible for items that have shipped and returned back to our store. We will reach out to based of the information provided at the time of order for payment. 

DELIVERED PACKAGE POLICY

Once an order has been shipped and marked as DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, Fiercely Modest is no longer responsible for the package.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation
• A package marked DELIVERED is considered successfully fulfilled
• Fiercely Modest is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery
• We do not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages marked delivered

 

IF YOUR PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT WAS NOT RECEIVED:

 

We recommend taking the following steps immediately:

• Check around your delivery location (front door, mailbox, side entrance, etc.)
• Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

• Some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off (please allow up to 24 hours)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility
• We strongly recommend using a secure and reliable delivery address
