Return/ Exchange Policy

This policy is consistent to all. Most of every product is handmade and constructed for the size information you provide and upon receiving  this information we customize your apparel to the information provided.

We humbly appreciate all purchases. However, there is a no refund policy on any products. If there is a mistake on our behalf, we will gladly make alterations on products such as garments as we see fit. We also reimburse original shipping payment for shipped orders that need to be sent back for alterations. Any alterations needed outside of sizes and styles originally ordered will result in an additional small fee.

Return/ Exchange Policy

We will exchange non sale items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still intact if any and in the clear packaging it was sent in within 30 days of the buyer receiving it. There are no refunds unless there was a error on our behalf. However, you can exchange or receive store credit. Any items placed on sale can not be exchanged or returned.  If there is a scent of perfume or any marks on the item, the exchange will be refused and the item/s will be returned to you. 


In the interest of hygiene there are no returns or exchanges on niqabs!


It will take 10-14  days to process your exchange from the day it is received back. 


To exchange items please email us on with your order number and item/s you would like to exchange. You will then recieve a response within 48 hours with further details on how to exchange the item/s.  Please note that all shipping cost are incurred by the buyer. The item/s are also your responsibility until we have received the item. We therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not take responsibility in items lost in transit.
