Custom Order Policy – Fiercely Modest

Every Fiercely Modest garment is handmade with care, precision, and purpose. Because each custom order is created specifically for you, please review the following terms before placing your order:

🧵 Custom Order Terms

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders.
  
• $25 covers your measurement & consultation
• $25 goes toward the balance of your order. 

All balances must be paid by December 30th, 2025.

All garments will be produced in the order received and ready for pickup or shipping between January 30th and February 16th, inshaa’Allah.

📏 Measurements & Fittings

• We offer both in-person fittings and phone fittings for your convenience.
• All measurements must be accurate and confirmed during your consultation.
• Fiercely Modest is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Alterations after completion will incur an additional fee.

🚫 Refunds & Cancellations

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• By completing your purchase, you agree to all Fiercely Modest custom terms.

⏰ Turnaround Time

• All standard orders follow our regular production schedule.
• Eid Orders: All Eid customs will be completed by January 30, 2026.
• Eid Shipping Orders: All shipped Eid orders will be sent out by Monday, February 16, 2026.
